Departemen Kesehatan Hong Kong pada tanggal 12 Maret 2021 mengumumkan bertambah 25 gedung yang terkait dengan kasus positif Covid-19 di Hong Kong. 18 diantaranya terkait dengan kluster penularan tempat fitness "URSUS Fitness" dan 16 diantaranya berada di daerah Central and Western District.
